Privacy Policy

This policy covers ConvertBox and its support website.

Your files

ConvertBox processes files on your device. We do not upload the photos, videos, audio, or documents you import or process to our servers. The app requires no account, contains no ads, and does not track your activity across other apps and websites.

Photo and file access

You choose the files to import and can allow the app to read photos or save results to Photos. You can change these permissions in system settings. Content stored in iCloud or another cloud service may need to be downloaded by the system first. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Wi-Fi 传输Wi-Fi transfer

When you use Wi-Fi transfer, the files you choose travel from a computer on the same network to your phone, without passing through our servers. Use a network you trust and leave the transfer page when finished.

Saving and deleting

Imported copies, results, and related records are stored on your device. You can delete imported files or results in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data. Copies saved separately to Photos, Files, or other apps remain and must be managed there. System backups are managed through your device and account settings.
